We carefully prepare and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Estimated shipping times:
- Japan: 3–7 business days
- Singapore: 3–7 business days
- EU / UK: 5–10 business days
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Due to the nature of traditional textiles and natural fabrics, slight variations in texture, weave, color, and finishing may occur between pieces.
Minor irregularities or loose threads are considered a natural characteristic of handcrafted and traditionally woven fabrics and are not regarded as defects.
